Landlord had accepted double booking for the same day and evacuated us forcefully Positive: Approximately 30 minutes after we checked in, the landlord arrived and asked us to leave the property immediately, including children, without providing any justification. Another group of guests was accommodated Negative: The landlord was very rude and behaved in a hostile manner, and threw away our luggage outside the property. We had to involve the police before leaving the premises. We were all upset and drove back home the same night.

A nice hideaway in Windermere Positive: The flat was in a great location for exploring Windermere. The living area and kitchen were a good size as were all the rooms Good to have a full size dishwasher It was good to have a reserved parking space around the back as it got busy in the area The host was responsive throughout Negative: - The entrance hall appeared abit unkempt and the door to the flat needed a clean - Only 5 coffee mugs - No teatowel however the owner tried to rectify this - The freezer needs defrosting as we couldn't store anything in it - Would benefit from more serving bowls/baking trays for the oven
