Biskey Howe Central - free access to pool and gym

The cottage was in a perfect location. It was comfortable and clean. Parking was really poor. The SPA was very run down. Positive: Location was perfect for town centre. But parking was really difficult. Negative: Parking was really difficult to find. Even with instructions I didn’t feel safe leaving my car in the location advised. The only space available was a distance from cottage and in a very lonely place. I did find a space on the Main Street just around the corner but had to move my car before 9am when charges would occur. I was also worried about leaving my car there. I got up at 7am to check if any car spaces were available outside property and luckily found one small space. The SPA was a bit run down and the staff there were very unhelpful.

Not Worth the Money Positive: Location was fantastic. Negative: Overwhelming musty smell which bothered us for our entire stay, despite opening windows. Pillows had hairs on them, one particular towel was soiled, bedding wasn't clean, cutlery had dried food on them, pans were dirty. Shower was dirty as well, very small and nowhere to put your soaps/shampoos etc No washing machine.

Happy.... Positive: I liked their quick reply to questions and genuine. Negative: Stairs in the house are too dirty and have difficulty finding safe parking. But not mind all other things are good.
