Comfortable apartment in great location. Positive: Well appointed apartment in great location. Negative: Lots of steep stairs: not for anyone with mobility issues. Shower in ensuite does not have a door: shower curtain ineffective with lots of water on the floor every time we showered.

Very disappointing Positive: The location of this apartment was great. Clean bedding, towels etc It had everything we needed for the night's stay. Negative: Sadly, this apartment was disappointing. It was not what it looked like in the photos. The decor was very tired with dirty marks around all the doors and walls. The sofa was threadbare and had holes in it and the other two chairs were dirty and marked. The carpets on the stairs were also bad. The window in the kitchen leaks and has been leaking for a long time. It has made a hole in the paintwork and a dirty mark right down the ceiling/wall. The water runs onto the kitchen units. The decor is now bare minimum with mismatched furniture, no throws, rugs or nice vases etc It was very minimal. It gave off a bit of a student living vibe. The bed creaked every time you moved. Safety Concerns: The fire extinguisher in the kitchen had obviously been previously used then not replaced. It was empty with no pin and obviously never checked as you can see from the label. The socket in the kitchen was broken and the earth pin was unsafe. This again is bare minimum safety standards. It's a real shame because the location was great.

Clean and beautiful apartment Positive: Every thing Negative: I loved everything

Beautiful apartment. Close to amenities. Positive: We weren't quite sure which property it was initially as we the apartment name was the property name. The property was fabulous. Rooms all a good size, lovely modern kitchen, with dishwaher. Only slight downside was the smoke alarm kep hoing off when we cooked bacon, even though nothing was burning or smoking. Walking distance to the shops & bars in Windermere, a little further to Bowness. Very clean & comfortable. Children's park close by (if you have children). Negative: As mentioned above, the smoke alarm kept going off when cooking breakfast, even though nothing was burning or even smoking

Nice locations but needs and update. Positive: The location was great. Very quiet and easy walking distance to the village. Nice layout and clean Negative: The ensuite shower is completely blocked. After a very short amount of time the shower tray filled up with water and then would flow out across the bathroom. it could easily flow into the bedroom if not careful. I think the owners should take a bit of time to update some of the apartment....bathroom, carpet. Also there was no way to make proper coffee...just instant. And there were no 'extras'....shampoo, soap, some kitchen utensils were not available. I feel like that for the price it should be upgraded a bit.
