A super convenient and lovely location! Positive: The location is amazing - right in the heart of Bowness, surrounded by lovely eateries and pubs, and a very short walk to the lake. Comfortable bed. Negative: The doors were very heavy and slammed, so for older people, children, this might be tricky. The bathroom also sits between the bedroom and the rest of the apartment so a bit inconvenient. Otherwise great.

great value for money stay in the center of bowness Positive: absolutely spotless, comfortable and homely feel. great location in the center of town and near by to bars/resturants/lake. all amenities you would need for a home away from home trip.

The owners are fully aware and I’ve contacted before posting this Positive: The location is within walking distance to the shops and amenities. Negative: I’m really disappointed with the cleanliness of the apartment, as shown in the attached photos. The pictures display on booking.com cover all three apartments and it’s hard to tell which one is where. I requested more information and photos from the owner but haven’t received any. The kitchen and bathroom sinks both need attention. The bathroom sink doesn’t have hot water and the kitchen sink makes a noise from the drainage. The toilet takes about ten minutes to fill and the bedroom blind needs replacing as it lets in too much light and is broken. The apartment cleanly needs some work. It’s definitely not worth value for money.

Perfect location ,tidy flat with everything you need. Positive: Absolute perfect location in the heart of bowness. Lovely little flat with everything you need. Right by the shops and bars but not overly noisy. Great little place to stay.
